Christopher E. Gaye
Chris Gaye recently retired after a distinguished career spanning financial executive leadership and the securities industry. As President of C.E. Gaye Securities, Ltd., Chris served as the firm's General Securities Principal, Financial and Operations Principal, and Municipals Principal — overseeing every aspect of the firm's securities operations and client service.
Before founding C.E. Gaye Securities, Chris held senior financial executive positions with Alexander's, Mercantile Stores, and One-Price Clothing, giving him a deep operational understanding of business, capital, and cash flow that later informed his approach to advising individual investors.
Within the securities industry, Chris was previously associated with American Express Advisors and PFS Investments, a division of Citigroup, where he built long-standing relationships with families who valued his steady, income-oriented approach to investing.
Chris graduated from the University of South Alabama and completed graduate coursework in Management and Accounting at UCLA and Hofstra University.
Throughout his career, Chris was known for his straightforward guidance, his commitment to income and preservation of capital, and the enduring, multi-generational relationships he built with the families he served. In retirement, he leaves behind a client base that continues to benefit from the foundation he laid.
