Ari Baum,

With over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ari works closely with his clients on a broad range of wealth optimization strategies to achieve a work optional lifestyle and generational wealth. Prior to founding Endurance Wealth Partners on 2014, Ari held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, UBS Financial Services, JPMorgan Chase, and the American Stock Exchange. Working in Rockefeller Center on Ave. of the Americas. Ari brings his in-depth experience to Conceive. Believe. Achieve. for his clients. 

Ari earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance at Brooklyn College. In addition, he holds Series 7, 31, 63 and 66 securities licenses and is registered in AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX, VT, VA, VI, & WA. He also holds his Life, Health and Variable Annuity Insurance Licenses in AZ, FL, NJ, & NY.

In his free time, Ari is actively involved in several charitable organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Council of Jewish Organizations of Flatbush, Congregation Shaare Shalom, and The Next Step, an organization based in Israel that offers prosthetic limbs to victims of terror attacks and other individuals in need. Additionally, Ari volunteers as a career coach with SBH, where he mentors young financial professionals. He also contributes as a running coach for Team SBH, helping guide 400 high school students through their first Disney Half marathon and raising over $1 million annually for SBH.

An accomplished athlete himself, Ari is an Ironman "All World Athlete", and sub-3-hour marathoner. Residing in Brooklyn, NY with his wife Sima, they are raising four remarkable children, Sammy, Michelle, Elie, and Jennifer.
