Ari Baum CFP®
Ari Baum, CFP® is the Founder and CEO of Endurance Wealth Partners, an independent wealth management firm built on the belief that long-term financial success—like endurance sports—is achieved through preparation, discipline, and consistent execution.
For nearly three decades, Ari has worked closely with successful individuals, families, and business owners to develop comprehensive strategies designed to support financial independence, a work-optional lifestyle, and the transfer of wealth across generations. His approach integrates investment management, retirement planning, tax-aware strategies, risk management, estate planning coordination, and solutions tailored to business owners.
Before founding Endurance Wealth Partners in 2014, Ari held leadership and advisory roles at Morgan Stanley, UBS Financial Services, JPMorgan Chase, and the American Stock Exchange.
Those experiences shaped one of his core beliefs: meaningful financial planning requires more than investment advice. It requires a clear vision, a thoughtful strategy, and a trusted advisor who can help coordinate the many aspects of a client’s financial life. This philosophy is reflected in the mindset he brings to every client relationship: “Conceive. Believe. Achieve.”
Ari earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.
Beyond his professional work, Ari is deeply committed to philanthropy, mentorship, and community service. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Council of Jewish Organizations of Flatbush and volunteers with The Next Step, an organization that provides comprehensive support to amputees in Israel. He also serves as a career coach with SBH, mentoring young professionals as they begin and advance their careers in financial services.
Ari brings the same discipline, endurance, and long-term perspective to athletics that he brings to wealth management. He is an IRONMAN All World Athlete and a sub-three-hour marathoner.
Ari lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his wife, Sima, and their four children: Sammy, Michelle, Elie, and Jennifer.
